While I loved working in-house as a project manager and process improvement lead for many years, I became passionate about the idea of helping more small businesses succeed. After nearly 20 years in corporate America, I knew the opportunity had finally arrived. 

Halcyon Consulting was founded with the idea that businesses at all levels can benefit from process improvements, more efficient project management, and an increased focus on customer experience. With Halcyon, I now have the pleasure of working with aspiring business owners and entrepreneurs from all over the area.
